Sicilian Tarantella  The Sicilian tarantella is one of the typical dances of the region, although, it is originally neapolitan. The Tarantella is very common even in Calabria and Sicilia where is played in a continous crescendo of sound and rythm. In XIX century the sicilian tarantella became one of the symbols of  Regno delle Due Sicilie, consolidating under its name different indipendent stylistic groups that characterized the different southern areas.
