Privacy Policy This privacy policy is supplied in accordance with the article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no.196/2003, for those using the www.musicapopolareitaliana.com, home page on the multimedia platform owned by New Media Farm S.r.l. The information is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 which the European Advisory Body on data protection and privacy in the working group established by article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on the 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and in particular the method, time and nature of the information that the data controller must provide the users with when they connect to the webpage, regardless of why the page was accessed. Purposes of data processing– The Folk Music multimedia platform is aimed at all those interested in Italian Folk Music: from bands/artists that play Italian Folk Music, to event/location organisers and companies that offer: 1) connected products/services (among which for example dance/singing schools, manufacturers/repairers of musical instruments) or 2) authorities, companies and associations that deal with territorial promotion and development in Italy (e.g. Regions, Provinces) that hold Italian Folk Music events. More in detail, the services supplied to those registered on the platform consist of: video publishing; publishing event information; publishing information about bands; publishing information about artists/bands; and publishing ads (typically classified ads, like search/offer). Place of data processing –Data relating to the individuals who access and use this site is processed at the aforementioned seat of the data controller, by specially appointed data processor incharged of data processing who have been appropriately trained on the importance of protecting confidentiality (a list of external data processor is available upon request). Optional nature of provision of data and consequences of refusal – Given the general principle of the optional nature of providing personal data, failure to provide data in relation to registering for services on the platform or for any requests could partially or totally prevent the service from being supplied and requests from being satisfied. Data processing methods – The personal data is processed electronically for the time strictly necessary in order to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Data processed Data provided voluntarily by the user – If emails are sent voluntarily, explicitly and optionally to addresses given on this website, the sender’s addresses, to which is required to respond, are automatically acquired; likewise, any other personal data mentioned above and included in the message could be acquired and processed.
